OVERVIEW Welcome to Souvelle Studio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SECTION 1 - CUSTOM MADE & HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS Most of our products are bespoke and handcrafted specifically for you. Please note:

  • Digital Drafts: We provide digital mockups for personalized items. If no feedback is received within 24 hours, we will proceed with the initial design to ensure timely shipping.

  • Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and different monitor settings, slight variations in color and appearance may occur. These are not considered defects but markers of unique craftsmanship.

SECTION 2 - ORDERS & PRICING

  • Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Taxes & Customs: For international orders, the customer is the importer of record. You are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & RISK All delivery times are estimates. Once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., ShipEntegra/FedEx), the title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carriers.

SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, product names, logos, and images on this site are the intellectual property of Souvelle Studio. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in our place of business for any disputes.
