At Souvelle Studio, we understand how meaningful and special each piece is to you. Most of the items in our studio are custom-made and handcrafted specifically based on your unique choices.
Perfect Experience, Zero Surprises We ensure clarity before we move into the crafting phase:

Pre-Approval Process: Before your design moves into production, we share digital drafts or mockups with you.

Your Final Word: Production begins once you approve the design. Please note: If we do not receive feedback within 24 hours of sharing the mockup, we will proceed based on the initial design request to ensure timely delivery.
Return & Cancellation Conditions

Customized Products: Products created specifically for the buyer (including names, dates, or bespoke designs) are exempt from returns and exchanges according to international consumer laws, as they cannot be resold.

Standard Products: For non-personalized items, you have a 14-day return right from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the production process begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If an error occurs during transit, please contact us at contact@souvelle.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Resolving the issue quickly is our top priority.
