Customs Duties & Import Taxes All customs duties, import taxes, and other customs-related fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by the destination country's customs authority upon delivery. Souvelle has no control over these charges and is not responsible for covering them. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential charges.

Processing & Shipping Times Standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days. For custom or personalized items, production time starts after your final design approval. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
