Preparation and delivery

Personalized orders are dispatched from Türkiye within one week after approval of your digital design. This preparation period comes before the transit time.

For Europe, delivery usually takes approximately 2 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; customs clearance and carrier delays can extend it. For an event with a fixed date, contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free to the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. For other destinations, available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout.

Customs duties and import charges

For European deliveries, allow approximately €25 in additional customs/import charges, payable separately by the customer when requested by customs or the carrier. This is an estimate, not a fixed fee: the actual amount can vary with the destination and order. These charges are not included in the total paid to Souvelle. Free shipping does not mean customs charges are included.

Import charges for other international destinations also remain the buyer's responsibility. Customs rules and amounts are determined by the destination authorities; please check with your local customs office if needed.
