In Istanbul, we create personalised favours for the moments that matter. From dried flowers to delicate details, each design adds a personal touch to your celebration.

Everything you need to know before placing your Souvelle order.

Choose your design, then enter the personalisation details, such as names, your event date or the information requested for your chosen design. We will then prepare your digital preview.

Yes. We send you a digital preview of your personalised design for you to check. Production begins only after your approval.

The minimum order is 25 pieces per design. Select your quantity directly on the product page; there is no need to choose a preset pack of 25, 50 or 100.

On designs with quantity pricing, discounts start at 50 pieces, with further tiers at 75 and 100 pieces. The discounts vary by design. Check the price table on the product page and your discount in the cart.

Your order is dispatched within 1 week after you approve your digital design. This is the preparation time; delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.

Need your order urgently? Contact us before ordering with your event date, delivery country, chosen design and quantity. We will check whether we can accommodate your request and confirm what is possible before you order.

Shipping is free to all EU countries, including France, Malta and Cyprus, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. No shipping code or minimum order value is required. For other destinations, available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
